You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register for events or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account & Information
To register for an event, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name and email. You agree that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and kept up to date.
- You will use our Services only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details (if applicable).
4. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Payments for ticketed events are securely processed through Stripe. By completing a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any applicable processing fees.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the event page, all event fees are non-refundable. If Soeurs Film cancels an event, we will notify you and issue a refund or credit where appropriate.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information (including card details and billing information) is correct.

By registering for an event, you consent to receiving transactional communications related to that event, including:
- Registration confirmations
- Event reminders and logistical updates
- Changes to schedule, location, or safety information

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event, without refund, if their behavior threatens the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of others.

All content provided through our Services—including text, photography, branding, event materials, logos, videos, and digital media—is owned by Soeurs Film or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Our Services—and the events we provide—are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that events will be uninterrupted, free of errors, weather-proof, or free from unexpected schedule changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or attendance at events.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to your event registration will not exceed the amount you paid to attend the event.
- You participate in events voluntarily and assume all risk associated with outdoor activities, travel, or personal interactions.
